I got the NITTO Ridge Grapplers about 2000 miles so and love them. I was very happy with how little noise they make on the highway. Little pricey. My local Jeep dealer ran a deal buy 3 get 4th for a $1. I was surprised it included the NITTO Ridge Grapplers .

I have had this “no sound problem” on and off again. Swtiching to am made the sound come back on but at only about 50% level. It would not return to the full volume. Also have the back up lines dissapper ever week or so. I wonder if they are related.

They told me it was definitely going to be more than if you got the Racor system but that it would be a better constructed system.

Has anyone has the satellite radio not be able to turned off along with this issue? The other day I could not get my radio to go off. I even was hearing the radio when I turned the screen off. The only way to get the radio of was to turn the Jeep off. I wonder if they are related.

Has anyone got any response from a dealer as to how to fix this issue? Mine come and goes every week or so.

My Jeep is in the shop for this issue today. I printed the posts out from this forum and have given it to the service team. I am hoping they resolve this issue. If they do I will post their fix.
