Are you thinking the bottom price is too low? That looks like what my offer sheet for OTD on my last vehicle order did. That bottom price is your unpaid balance aka OTD price.
Your location will play a role in the amount you'll spend on labor. You may get a ballpark but just remember that. Your best bet is to just shop around in your area for the best price.
Unless you are driving through water that is higher than your floor pan not that much comes up into the holes. As the type of person that I am who generally gets caught with his doors off having the water drain is a better thing than worrying about inconsequential amounts coming up into the holes.
For the tire size, did you measure the actual tires? Just because they say 37 then can be up to an inch off and your air pressure will plat a role as well.
