I really hope I don't have to go that route but I will if I have to. I don't know how long they are going to go before they issue a recall on these radios. Their hand is going to be forced eventually and it's going to cost them a lot of money.

Did they offer to replace it since it didn't fix your issues? I haven't had the popping or rebooting. Just poor reception and terrible responsiveness. Seems like there should be a recall since there are so many issues with them. Hopefully Jeep Wave can take care of you if the dealer won't.

Hopefully a firmware update fixes the issues. I'll update after I go next Tuesday if no one else does.
