They reweb the whole seatbelt. Meaning, they remove the old black webbing and completely replace it.

Has anyone noticed shocks or the struts squeaking in the extreme cold? Since we have been in the teens and subzeros in KC, I have noticed my rear shocks or struts squeaking when I hit bumps, especially a speed bump, or backing out of the driveway.
