#4 - I have the same question on what those are for (though I installed on a JKU). I like they are doing rolling updates but it would be nice to have updated the instructions or video.
Having said that. I really like it overall and am very happy.
Moving 1-2" back would make a huge difference (for me). It may not solve the problem entirely but would help a lot.
Given I'm sitting in the seat :) I wonder / worry how safe fabricated brackets would be in an accident? Clearly, they could be over-engineered and probably be safer than original...
6'3" and definitely would like one notch lower and one notch farther back. I sure hope there is an aftermarket solution here. I dropped off my Recon and realized how much more comfortable the seating position is in that (but love everything else on the JL)....
Thanks but I was referring to the front skid plate that goes under the front bumper. I found it here for those interested:

I just got mine. Lucked into a local one on the lot. Had everything I wanted but the metal bumpers which can be easily remedied. Very excited!
What color JTop or Spiderweb shade are you getting? Anyone order yet?
I have been trying to find a Mopar metal skid plate to replace the plastic one to install with Mopar metal bumpers I am going to order. I cannot seem to find the plate. Anyone know where you can order them (I certainly tried Mopar site but no luck there either)? Thanks!
Want to Buy Rubicon Front and Rear Steel Bumper plus metal skid plate. I am located in Virginia but will to pay for shipping if needed. Let me know what you have. Thanks!
What does this look like? 11. Rear Cargo cubby rubber mat (on 4 door)
Would anyone be willing to post a picture of it? I apologize if I missed it in previous threads (I scanned through them all and didn't see it).
Thanks!
