Unrelated recall, it was for the cruise control.

Installed mine today. 14' ceilings in the garage and other than the crank being too short and my OCD struggling to get the platform level everything else was easy. I rented a scaffold which made things much easier. Probably easiest as a 2 person job but I didn't have anyone around today to help.

Hi all, first Jeep here. We are getting water from the passenger side door in the car wash. We've had it happen a couple times and had the top on and off between a few times. I'll upload a video soon. Is this normal?

We've been using it all week on vacation and haven't had any issues. I think whatever they did during the recall fixed it.

My wife's has gotten easier with use. We did a lot of offroading this week and it has definitely gotten better. I've noticed the angle you pull matters and it is easier with a single jerk instead of trying a gradual slow pull.

So far after getting the recall fixed, ours has been working fine.

Ok, dumb question because I'm out of town and I don't have my manual handy. The dealer told my wife that you need to shift into Neutral to shift into 4H. Is that correct? I will say that it is much easier to shift while in N, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't say you have to in the manual based on...

It really seems like the GPS in the Jeep is just really slow to acquire a GPS lock and in the absence of a lock, it defaults to some other location. For me it is home, others have said dealer or other. Once it acquires a lock it works great. I rent cars a lot when I travel for work and have...

The only one that is tough on my wife’s jeep is going from 2H —> 4H. 4H —> 2H, 4H —> 4L and 4L —> 4H are all much easier. I have an appointment on Monday to have them look at it while performing the recall and checking out the Apple Maps location issue.

Having the same problem with my wife’s JL as well. Both phones end up putting us at home even though we are an hour and a half away. We unplugged for a bit and drove and it eventually figured it out. Frustrating!!!
