I would be very, very amazed if they were different lengths. Might be able to check Mopar parts websites to see if they show two different lug stud's though to be sure.

Ya, it fits well, color & texture matches, is plenty thick, doesn't look too bad, and if it does keep a few chips off the front of the hood, all the better. I don't think it will be a lot of protection for rocks on the windshield, but better than nothing.
