Nope! My 4dr Sahara was a POS and is now someone else’s problem. Problems started at 7000 miles. I now own a better built vehicle. So long Jeep. Thank God.
“I talked to the dealership, they were clueless. I called Jeep, they knew nothing but I did log a case with Customer Care.”
I call BS on your dealership and Jeep customer care not knowing about this. I’d go so far as to say they are flat out lying to you.
I had the so called death wobble and...
You need to file the lemon law through your state’s attorney general soon rather than later. You shouldn’t have to put up with any more. The vehicle you own appears to fall under all the listed lemon law categories. Our JL was in the shop for 54 days for a couple of things that seem to be...
Our 6 1/2 month old JL just got out of the shop after 52 days. New steering gear box and damper replaced. Still not 100%. It needs to go back. If anyone is deciding between the JL and the 4 Runner, they should run and not walk to the nearest Toyota dealership and avoid potential problems with...
Yep, pretty much. Day 34 in the shop and still no parts or fix for multiple issues. It’s six months old with less than 7k miles. Pretty sure I’d have no regrets if the vehicle was in working order. So, I guess I don’t get to complain here so I won’t
So, I’m not allowed to say my JL is a piece of garbage? I don’t care what kind of icon this vehicle is, I expect a brand new vehicle to be somewhat problem freeI. That is not the case with mine. There are several things wrong with my JL. I have the wobble, severe steering issues (nearly got into...
My Jeep is sitting at my dealership service area (day 28 for death wobble) waiting for a stabilizer bar and diagnostics on a steering issue. I lost my steering on an exit ramp. I was driving around 30mph, steering the car to the right on the curve when the vehicle’s front end began heading...
One part was scheduled to be in yesterday. Still no word from the dealership. We are thinking of pursuing the lemon law and either handing the vehicle back in and calling it a day or make them replace our 18 with a 19. It’s all a mess right now. I’m sick about it.
I’m in a rental. The first one...
Death wobble and severe steering play.

I bought my wrangler because I wanted something fun to drive. I didn’t want a sedan or suv anymore. Now, after my JL has sitting in the lot of the service area for 30 consecutive days waiting for repairs, I am regretting my decision.
I am currently driving a 2019 2dr sport as a rental because my 2018 JLUR is in the shop (day 22) waiting for the stabilizer part. Obviously the 19 is stock. The 2019 seems much more steady than my 2018. I’m unsure if it’s because it’s a 2dr with a shorter wheel base or because it’s a 2019. I...
I was looking for one. I’m not really sure what a Star case is. This is my first Jeep. I’m not sure if my dealership has created on specific to my vehicle.I’ll call them tomorrow to find out.
Thank you. I will read through all this and then forward it to my service coordinator. If the dealership gives me issues, I’ll get in touch with @JeepCares I’m sick about this.
Cross posted: Tomorrow is day 21 of my JL Sahara being at the dealership service center. According to service, the part they need to fix my wobble is backordered until 12/19. I am not a technical Jeep person so half the things many of you are talking about and doing to your Jeeps to fix your...
