i plan on deleting the tire carrier all together, save weight and improve gas mileage a little bit. also like the look of no spare tire.

Go for the rubi. you lose selec trac but you get rock trac.. that is thousand times better than LSD. you can lock them... plus all those tings you mentioned. no lift with 35's high fender flares, dana 44'sfront and rear.... What ever your final decisionis good luck...
