May consider including the FSR tent since it will be too big for the next vehicle.

This is an interesting thread and glad I found it. Wife went to bring my son to school this morning and Jeep wouldn't start. 2019 Rubicon with 31k miles. Never had a batter issue until today. Don't know if it's failing or just the cold Denver morning.
Looking to be preemptive and change out the...
Selling all the parts I have for a complete dual battery set up for the 4dr JL. This an American Adventure Labs kit. Going in another direction. All parts are brand new and have not been installed, just unboxed. Many of these parts are on back order or hard to find. Prefer local pickup but may...
Thanks for the reply. There is no "high capacity" spring available correct? Similar to AEV. That being said would I be able to use the AEV high capacity springs in the rear or is the different spring rate not make that a good idea? I'd imagine no.
I'm running the RK No Limit X-Factor 2.5 with Fox 2.0 shocks. After settling my rear has lost some height and I can barely fit a spread hand in between tire and fender. Just winch and bumper upfront and 37" tire in the rear with tent on top. Would I be able to swap in 3.5" springs without...
Perhaps not but he may have suggested it as a less expensive alternative than 4 new springs. Not sure what I'm going to do yet. Could do spacer, 3.5" RK springs or 3" Synergy springs. Not sure if the spring rate on the Synergy springs are more or less vs RK.
Just to update I talked to my shop and they said I could go with the 3.5” springs. There might be some differences in ride and less downward travel. He said I may want to try a 1.5” spring spacer first to keep the same ride quality but bump it up a touch. Said with a small spacer it shouldn’t...
You are probably right. I'll take another shot of it. I do think both front and rear are lower. Springs settle normally but how much depends on added weight. Since the first pic I added a steel front bumper and winch.
And you're spot on about the rear bumper area. I can see where it's rubbed...
Realized I should have posted this here..Is it possible to just swap out 2.5” springs for 3.5” to compensate for the weight?
I had the RK 2.5 X Factor No limits installed. So far its been great. One question I have is my rear low? Only ask because I recently went and hit some trails. I got...
I know the RK stuff is supposed to be pretty modular. I wonder if I can just swap out the 2.5” springs for 3.5” at all four corners and leave everything else. I do run a steel bumper and winch in the front.
Thanks for that insight. This is the set up I plan to have for a while. I wonder if 3.5 springs are the way to go for the rear. Or maybe a different spring all together? Not sure what that will be. Eventually I'd like to upgrade to some Fox 2.5 by pass shocks as well.
I had the RK 2.5 X Factor No limits installed. So far its been great. One question I have is my rear low? Only ask because I recently went and hit some trails. I got quite a bit of rubbing in the rear. Right where the bumper wraps around. Not much clearance there. And its just plastic. Just...
