I have the same intermittent issues and they did replicate in the shop. They didn’t have a fix and told me to wait for an update. That was at least until my GPS issues started. I’m thinking I may just need to have them replace the radio.

Did you ever get this resolved? I just noticed my GPS is off by about 120 miles. It is also off in the Off Road Pages app where it displays the coordinates.

Thank you both for tips to get this resolved. I would have spent more time troubleshooting this myself but I was so close to going over the warranty that I rushed to the dealership to have them figure it out. I’m glad it was a simple issue that I will be able to take care of should it happen again.

Thank you. I just picked it up. They found two pins that were bent in the wire harness. It was the portion mounted to the Jeep that the wire assembly from the door plugs into. I am back in business.
