I had this same problem. If you look at the c-channel on the window, the groove will likely be wider in some areas, hence why it pops out. I took it to my dealer. They took photos and sent them to the FCA, and the FCA then replaced the window panel on warranty.

Although no recall on track bar and toe in settings, does anybody have any insight as to whether we should be demanding that the dealer does install the new track bar and re-adjust toe settings? I have 13K miles - no wobble, wandering or play - but have orig toe settings and track bar....

That's great news. I am basically in the same boat - have not had wobble since installing the Falcon 2.1. How did you get your dealer to put on the new track bar and bushings? My understanding is that they won't do this unless you have symptoms....

Interesting this was just posted. I have 8K miles and just yesterday, noticed some light blue smoke for about 20 seconds on startup. It’s never happened before. I have stated it twice since and it hasn’t happened again. Will monitor.....

Good to hear. Any reason why the dealer mentioned a drag link? My understanding is the new track bar is step two, after the SS.

With that, is there any update as to whether dealers are replacing the new track bar no questions asked and no symptoms (like myself) ?

I still question - if the FCA engineers have identified flaws / issues with track bar, SS (although I'm not sure if it's fully been fixed), drag link - why isn't EVERY old part being recalled?
