Yesterday I went in for the 1st oil change, 3100 miles. When I picked it up, I noticed the invoice showed 6 qrts. So we had a discussion about 5 qrts in the manual. SM agreed there was some conflicting info out there, so we checked the dip stick, and it was exactly where it was suppose to be...
Is there ANY drone at all. I learned after changing the exhaust on my Tundra, that drone leads to insanity. :-)
Is that the Smittybilt bumper? Is so, I'd also have to relocate the tow plugs.
We keep our rear seats down 99% of the time for the dogs. We put in the Canvasback Liner to help with the fur and mud cleanup...works great!

Got the netting from DirtyDogs4x4. https://store.dirtydog4x4.com/netting/jl-unlimited-4-door-1
I also picked up the pet divider for behind the front seats...they like to try and sneak up in your lap. Shipping is fast and customer service is great.
Oh, and we love Sib's. My first dog was a...
I called them, twice. Once just a question about flat towing and again to get my rear bumper plugs. They answered quickly, was professional, and shipping was quick. I asked if they could send me an email response about my flat tow question, just in case I ever needed written confirmation you...
This is the main reason we actually bought the JLU, despite my wife blaming my mid-life crisis. :-) They are unrestrained, which I know makes me a "bad" pet owner, but if I survived the 70s travelling in the back of a pick up, I'm sure they'll be fine. Anytime we leave the house, there is...
Parked next to another Jeep with 38s, making my stock Rubi look tiny. I looked over at my wife and she was glaring at me. "Don't even think about it," she says.
LMAO!
So I've had regulars on the front of my JLUR for about 5 days. Roads are sloppy now that it's at or above freezing. The gray thumbscrews aren't as noticeable once they get some road muck on them...they blend right in. There is a big difference in the amount of spray on the sides. Rear fender...
Installed my front only, no holes, regular size, black/black. Super easy, no problems at all. Didn't see where the flaps might be easily cut by the retainer clips. Fit was perfect.
Not a big fan of the gray knurled screws. Will replace with a bolt/flat washer later on.
Will probably get...
I got a reply back already, speedy :-)
"We are developing that front mud flap for the JLU without the cuthole. We may need a couple of days to get things finalized."
Hopefully we may have a solution soon. I don't think they look great, but I'm more concerned about keeping crap off my door...
