There are no defects with the 8.4” screen. NAV doesn’t work, nor satellite radio in my 2019. 2018 models had same issues. If you like your Ram, stick with it.

I have already been to the dealer. Known defect, a STAR report has been filed. Dealer is replacing the head unit. Very disappointing, I returned my ‘18 JL after 11 months after similar issues. Now ‘19 model, and the problems are worse.

I’d agree that Jeep has suspect quality.

I’ve made 5 trips to local Jeep dealers, and more than I care to count, calls to Jeep Wave, and there is no STAR case, or even a record of my issues with Jeep Wave. Terrible service and follow up by oJeep.

Took it back to the dealer yesterday for the 4th time in three months, for a software upgrade. Got in the Jeep, it didn’t recognize the iPod that was plugged into the center console, and my iPhone had to be reconnected. And, the problems I’ve been having are still there.
