I ended up going with the Rough Country cubes and 30" mount for the hood....decent price and easy install. I'm not sure why tiny little metal brackets cost so much for some of the cube lights.

There actually is a separate rain gutter with the soft top (it's part of the frame). Sales guy and I were looking right at it while discussing if it could support a roof rack with the Thule rain gutter foot pack.

Not directly to the soft top - to the rain gutter. Thule make a rain gutter foot pack that may work - I haven't checked that the 5" clearance will work yet.

I'm looking for a roof rack but just got the soft top. Getting mixed info from dealer and online - will the rain gutter foot pack (like Thule's) work with the soft top? I can't tell if the rain gutter is still there with the soft top.
