i have had the exact same experience and in the end Jeep said the same thing. I have had to resort to legal proceedings to get them to address the issues. Still working through that process but to spend 40K on a new jeep and have them throw their hands in the air and just suddenly claim its...
no where did i say that i threatened a lawyer .. i ultimately had to hire one due to lemon law process. Im sure they are telling people that in hopes that they dont get representation but dont jump to the conclusion that people are threatening them
The same thing happened to me with the steering issue .. Jeep Cares told me they would close my case if i went to an attorney. They wanted me to "arrange" a second opinion but only with another Jeep dealer that they wanted to "coordinate" it with. They weren't of any help anyways. Horrible...
Jeep Cares is a joke. They assigned me a case manager who never responds to anything I send them or return messages. I have a JL that I have owned for a little over two months and it has spent more time in the shop then on the road.

can you provide the attorney you used ? I am also in NC and my JL has been in the shop more than in the road in 2 months and they still can’t figure out the issue and fix. I am at the end of my patience and need to hire lemon law attorney
Hate to report that i finally got the Steering Gear Box in after long wait on backorder .. was replaced and there is absolutely no change to the steering issue ! I have had my Jeep in the shop more than i have had it on the road ! Jeep Cares isnt any help whatsover as well .. they are a wast of...
Striped down JK loaner with so many restrictions I can’t even sneeze in it. Bought the Jeep for the beach but by the time I get it back summer will be half over ...good luck with yours
Took mine to the dealer for the third time on Monday ...finally got them to drive it on Tuesday and they confirmed the issue. Got in touch with Jeep and were told to order the Steering Gear Box and replace ...backordered now. Contacted Jeep and was told earliest I will see the part is July 6th...
Today I was told that earliest the part would come into dealer was July 6th. Unacceptable as By that time will have had in the shop half the time I have owned it !
Exactly the issue i am having .. i was told that as well til they drove it with me and almost imediatly said there was something wrong and then looked up the issue and found that it appears the steering gear box is the issue. Unfortunately as i mentioned they are back ordered and i am being told...
First 2 times they just wanted to adjust the alignment and camber. They are communicating with Jeep on the part to get priority status and lead times. Said they would update me on time frame but i am not happy about it after just spending $$ on a brand new Jeep
