I'm having a similar issue, It has been going on for a few months now and it has been into two different dealers a total of four times. Sometimes I hit a bump the dash lights up with every error known to mankind and when I shut it off, it won’t go out of park until I disconnect the batteries...

It really freaked me out when it first happened to me, but once i figured out what it was actually doing (thanks to some help from this thread) i find it rather helpful and use it all the time.

Congratulations on your new job with the Z Automotive marketing department. I'm just kidding, but I think most people would agree that its not too much to ask for a warning in the manual that your ABS light, brake light, and service ABS warning are going to pop up if you use a feature that is on...

It's an awesome product that has saved me a ton of money not having to take it to the dealer and has some great features that I can no longer live without. Their documentation just sucks.

I check this morning and sure enough Brake hold was on. I turned it off and it stopped. Z Automotive should pay a little more attention to their documentation. Maybe warn you that this is on by default and you dash will light up like a Christmas tree and give you a warning sound if you use it.

That was the first thing I did, it doesn't say a word about turning on any dash lights or it making a dinging sound or it being turned on by default.

Does that feature make the Brake light and traction control light turn on?

Not unless it’s enabled by default after you upgrade the firmware. I read something about it in the manual, but couldn’t find any real info on it.

Mine showed up the other day and the postal service beat the hell of the box. the hood decal was full of creases, but Don at Pixal Decals said they'd come right out when I applied it. sure enough they came right out and look fantastic. Very easy to install, and not a bad upgrade for under $100.00.

According to the website when I built what I wanted it was the receiver, wiring harness, aux switches, battery, and alternator. Either way if would have ordered from the factory, I'd have it all by now.
