Wouldn't you get significant penalties for any scratch and damage under the chassis? My guess is that you will be charges for not bringing the vehicle back to stock form as well.

I'm hearing conflicting information on whether you need a lift or no lift if you equip your Rubicon JL with 35" tires to get full articulation off-road.
