Cool. I placed an order yesterday for the rail. Last time I tried with a full cart with all the arms and mounts. Maybe it was one of them that caused an increase in the delay.
They sent me an email saying November. I called them and they said that it could be at least a few more months so I cancelled mine and will wait until they are In Stock somewhere.
Alf you are absolutely correct. I disconnected and inspected the driver side harness and sure enough it repeatedly kept bending back one of the pins. Finally got it sorted out and having working mirrors and door features.
After a year of owning my JLU I took off the doors and put on trail doors for a weekend off-road. With the cold weather rolling in for a spring storm I put the top and doors back on. Now my mirrors and lock buttons are not working. The windows go up and down on all 4-doors. I have disconnected...
The street driving won’t be the same. These will give you a little bit more front movement when you get into the throttle and on turns. I love the feeling and prefer this on the road. It did take my wife a couple of trips to get used to it.
Still having this issue on mine sporadically. Plug in various iPhones and the location changes on the phone. Unplug the phone from the Jeep and the location on the phone returns to current location.
Yes, thought I could do the install myself. Had to recruit my two teenagers to help out. The hardest part was the 3x blotting brackets going into the frame. At least they lined up with out any drilling needed.
Installed the Currie Antirock Sway bar last night on my 2018 JLU Sport S. Street driving feels the same so far. We will see what the trails this weekend brings.
