To answer the OP's first question, they are ALMOST identical to the 10A / Hard Rock / Rubicon X bumpers, but there are small differences, especially where an accessory bar would mount. I actually have the Hard Rock bumpers on my JK (with the Maximus-3 bar) and I can see the small differences...
