  1. Rubicon auto transmission issue

Mine wasn’t normal. I ended up getting a buy back for the 2018 JLUR due to the axle locker issue. I now have a 2019 JLUR. Night and day with the shifting. I never even notice when this one shifts. The 2018 was definitely broke. The 2019 does have a bad engine vibration when stopped that...
  2. Are there new front lower spring isolators for Mopar Lift?

My (ex) dealer said they installed the new ones but I found a factory grey pen match mark on my factory spring and the installed isolator post lift install... it was just one lie after another.
  3. Are there new front lower spring isolators for Mopar Lift?

I can't see the part numbers anymore with it installed.... I literally had to threaten lawyers and stand over the tech while he did the 3rd install to get it lined up properly per the instructions.
  4. Are there new front lower spring isolators for Mopar Lift?

same issue, dealer incompetence. left the stock isolator on right side and lift kit isolator on the left side. complete fiasco for me too... I feel your pain!
  5. Are there new front lower spring isolators for Mopar Lift?

were they grey or black? my stock left didn't have a part number stamped on it and the right had the same part number as the stock. I had the parts guy order new lift kit isolators from the instructions. When they arrived, the left was grey and the right was black. are those part numbers...
  6. Are there new front lower spring isolators for Mopar Lift?

The latest information I have (which is REALLY hard to come by) is that the front lower spring isolators are the same as the stock ones for the 2019 Rubicon. Most of my troubles were just dealer incompetence. They didn’t line up the parts properly. Once ever putting the left isolator on the...
  7. “Service Axle Locker System” Light On

2018 JLUR 47 days in the shop within the first year. They replaced something in the rear axle then did a whole bunch of electrical work. They found a short above the gas tank and who knows what else. I got a lawyer and now have a 2019 JLUR.
  8. Are there new front lower spring isolators for Mopar Lift?

Funny... I specifically asked them to save all my take offs. I’ve just concluded that dealers lie and there’s nothing a customer can do about it. They control most information.
  9. Are there new front lower spring isolators for Mopar Lift?

Sorry, the dealership claims to have thrown away the factory left one so I never saw it.
  10. Are there new front lower spring isolators for Mopar Lift?

Lol... yup. Build date 3/19. I haven’t fluid filmed yet. My first JLUR was a 2018 that I purchased in Jan of 2018 but FCA, Stericycle, and my lawyer just completed the lemon law/ buy back 4/29/2019.
  11. Are there new front lower spring isolators for Mopar Lift?

look at the difference beween the one on mine and the one on yours. Clearly different parts but both are supposed to be the same part number and identical to the factory part. Mine is a 2019 JLUR.
  12. Are there new front lower spring isolators for Mopar Lift?

The dealer was finally able to get mine back in. They ordered new lower isolators which were the parts listed in the instruction manual. The left is grey, the right is black. They only replaced the right upper and lower which got the spring to sit properly in the lower isolator. The problem...
  13. Are there new front lower spring isolators for Mopar Lift?

I had a dealer put on the Mopar 2" lift. The front lower spring isolator pads are black instead of the grey ones plastered all over this forum and the internet. I started looking more closely and noticed the right front spring is not correctly seated in the isolator. I also noticed that this...
