Did you check and confirm whether they replaced the correct steering box?

When the gearbox was replaced, did they perform the steering reset procedure? Need to know whether a mechanical or software isuue.

Perhaps the 4 bolts holding the windshield not tighten to spec?

I have tried the voice command + phone buttons to no success. Haven't tried the cold + hot buttons yet. Which method works for you?

I have experience the same and noticed it happened only in 4HAuto. It happened while parking and when the wheel locked up, I put it into 2H to get rid the locked up. Never experience this issue when in 2H.

Mine is loose as well and when I tried to tighten it to spec by advance to the next slot, it felt like the castle nut will not handle that much of torque. The castle nut is very light and seems like made of aluminium instead of steel. I ended using some stainless steel washer with varies...
