Hey Glenn, the ride is slightly more harsh than the stock setup I had. You will definitely feel more of the uneven roads, but I wouldn't consider the ride jarring by any sense. If you want it to be a bit softer but still want the aggressive look of the Nittos, maybe consider the C rated tires...

No issues here. I’ve driven about 300 miles on it and it’s working flawlessly. I have not switched setting on the fly, but only upon start-up. Are you sure it’s plugged in all the way and the harness lock clicked-in?
I lightly lifted off the gas and constant pressure when moving the shifter from 2H to 4H. You feel it engage in your palm and the same when shifting back to 2H.
Mine look similar but I have a yellow X on my track weld and apparently I'm not on the recall list either. I might just buy the Rusty track bar mount to be on the safe side.
I would check to make sure fuses are fully seated. I got this message on the first day of ownership but remember seeing the post about the fuses. I got out of the Jeep, pushed them all down and no more message and hasn’t come up since. That was back in May.
