So a couple weeks ago I had a dead battery in the morning, not sure why although maybe I left in on accessory? Not uncommon for me to forget to shut it off completely. I know right.
Anyways, I noticed that the ESS has stopped working since then. Not sure if that is coincidence but it is...
If you really "cared" Jasmine you would see that this happened to me and the other gal on here "Ruby18" and take care of this new problem. There has to be records. Why put people though this that spend $50,000? How would you like it if that happened to you? Is it customer service or customer NO...
So I don't know if it got worse over time or I just learned when to expect it. But I would say that when it was hot like 45 minutes or longer after driving it - it would NOT start again for 35 minutes or so. So try this...every time you go somewhere after you shut it down try to restart it right...

Ill mention it to the dealership. thanks for your ideas!
That is a bummer but it is good to know there is someone else out there. Please keep me updated what you find out. I will do the same. I am going to the dealer again on Thursday and will call the lemon law people again. And post here what I learn.
Happened to me 6 times now.
1- about 900 miles (first time) ran an errand in the jeep - forgot wallet came back to the shop, shut down, for about 5-10 minutes went out to start and nothing. Everything battery working but wouldn't crank or anything. Dang. Call dealership they tell me to call...
