Nice setup - I have the RH bumper with ReadyBrute Elite tow bar, and love it.
If point "A" on the map is your home address, you might want to take down the picture or change it to be more generic. Otherwise you're advertising your home address and that you won't be there for 3 months...
Thanks for posting. looks great!
Ironically, I live in NC and just drove to Spokane, WA of all places. Stopped in Seattle, Moab, and Ouray as well. We may as well have carpooled! I think I was in Moab about 2 days after you, too bad.
I had looked at the trail map for Fins. It did appear to cross the road you came in on, is that what you're saying? So an option would be to just do the first half and jump back off on that road - probably no issues there with the first half?
I'm heading through Moab next week and this is a great thread. I got excited about Top of The World, but as I read reviews online, it sounds like it used to be rated Moderate, but now the landscape has been altered enough to be rated Difficult. It's hard to reconcile the two different camps...
Here are some pictures - with bugs all over it from this weekend. I ended up liking it more in person than the pictures online. It's just what I wanted. My only complaint is the poor instructions, particularly around the halogen light kit. But definitely happy overall.
They told me about 2.5 weeks from order to delivery, which was pretty accurate.
I went ahead and installed without any type of modification, seems to work fine. If anyone ends up doing something else for their halogen lights please let me know.
I emailed them, and it wasn't very helpful. I...
I bought the same mid rockhard bumper. I'm installing it now. Did anyone that bought this have halogen lights? It says it requires a light modification kit that is included for halogen lights. They would seem to fit without modification and I can't see anything that looks like a modification...
On their site, the 1.5"/1" is listed as a Rubicon lift whereas the 2"/1" is just a JL lift. I have a Sahara and hoping to confirm the 1.5"/1" will work for me. Can anyone confirm that? I tried to contact them through their site, but their submission form seems to be broken, at least for me...
Looks great! So the brackets now work with the soft top mechanism holes?
Does the soft top fold up and down without removing the jack? Or would you need to remove the jack in order for the soft top arms to get up and down?
I didn't change the height of the break light. When installing the spare it pushed lightly against the plastic underneath it (because it's a wider tire), but the light has plenty of room to be seen over the tire without adjusting.
As an aside, I think I posted on here that the Rubi tires were...
Brett was great to work with. I got it set up, and I like how it works. It's set up underneath the roll bar by flipping the brackets around and using different holes (using the holes from the actual soft top mechanism) plus adding a $1 bracket from Lowe's. It is held in place just about...
Yeah full coverage would be nice. I don't think they can do what you're suggesting because of the trail rail system where the hooks can slide back and forth the full length of the cargo area. I've heard this cargo mat comes with the trail rail system, so it sounds like it was more intended for...
If you're talking about the rubber part that can be cut out, directly below the part you already cut out for the child latch - that is the child latch that matches the back of the cloth seats. I had to cut that one out, and i left the top one in.
Just installed them today. I feel it's fine without the gap hider. These will act as a gap hider as well. The only downside is that the large piece in the back will now not connect to anything since it's meant to connect to the gap hider. However, this doesn't feel like it will move/slide at...
