Oh absolutely. I am sure that contributed greatly. My main gripe is the marketing was "Buy everything MOPAR and have it installed at a dealer and we've got you covered".
I did exactly that and I only went to the dealer for maintenance (Including inspections and recommendations). That didn't...
Tried that one already, but not in combination with PB Blaster. When I get these to a garage (I live on the road), I'll try doing these together and see if it works. Just frustrating, especially since my circumstances don't allow me regular access to a garage and tools to work on them. Nor can I...
I appreciate the tip. I'll give it a try to salvage them someday, but I already ordered new ones. Also worth nothing, a couple shops have taken a look at them already. They're really seized pretty badly. Probably easiest to drill them all out and retap, but any solution is a lot of man hours.
Hi all,
I'm going to share my experience. I hope others have had better luck, but for me the MOPAR beadlocks have ended in disaster. There are 25 bolts per wheel holding the ring on, and about 70% of them have seized. When trying to remove them, the heads just break off (See photos). The amount...
Went on a vacation to Yellowstone. Visited some friends in Denver on the way back...and MOAB was just too tempting so we drove out for a day. Few pics from Fins and Things and Hell's Revenge.

I'm actually doing pretty well all things considered. Averaging around 18 with JLUR, 2 inch mopar, 35s (315/70R17 Load C KO2s - Raptor Spec). Mixed driving. I'd say about 70% highway, 25% city, 5% offroad. I wouldn't say I baby it, but I'm not slamming on the gas either.
Set of 5 JLUR Wheels (Standard 17") and Tires (285/70/17) with TPMS. Zero miles on them. They drove about 200 yards from the delivery truck to the shop. Located in the Milwaukee area. I'd sell the whole set for $1500, or send me a private message with an offer.
Also for sale are the stock...
Original order was 2/16. Looks like it will be arriving between 5/14 and 5/18. 3 months total.
For those of you trying to figure out when yours will be arriving, I'd guess soon. Mine is a fully loaded 4 door Rubicon with every package and upgrade except for the smoker's group, and the body...
I just moved to D1. First time since my order on 02/16. No ETA yet. I'm a bit surprised I moved to D1, because at the same time I was told I moved to D1 I was also told they're still trying to acquire the 1) Premium Black Sunrider Soft Top 2) The LED lighting Group and 3) the Punk'n Metallic...
That's actually what I was hoping for. I know a lot of guys are concerned with the red clashing with the orange, but I love it. A loud color dash to go with that loud color exterior. Thanks for confirming this. :)
Hey Paul! Saw the pics you posted in another thread. Now that the install is finished, can you confirm no spacers were needed? And have you had a chance to put it to the test to see if any rubbing is possible under full flex/turns?
Thanks! Great looking Jeep! Can't wait to see the red beadlocks.
That's the exact setup I'm looking at. If anyone has tried this I'd like to hear your results. If not, looks like you're first Paul. I'm still a few weeks from delivery. Let me know how it goes. Especially when you get a chance to get it off-road and flex a bit.
