You have to pull the radiator. Same exact thing happened on my 4cy turbo. I washed it 4 times front and back, even made a special wand out of PVC to get the corners. The bad part is that Jeep designed this poorly. This engine needs soooo much cooling, it has multiple radiators...
Thanks, I informed them of those two threads when I dropped it off. The upside is that this does not seem to be a big systemic problem. Just need to dig in and find the source of the problem.
The Jeep did great for 6k miles. So something has come loose or broken....just need to find it!

I have the 3.5” with all 8 arms and the same 37” tires. No rubbing so far! You’d be fine with the cheaper lift HOWEVER if you’re driving to Moab and back, it may be good insurance to have beefier control arms.
