    I made the service manager look it up.

    I told them the new JL only takes 5 quarts of oil and they insisted it takes 6. I said please look it up. They have been putting in 6 quarts on every oil change they have done. Unbelievable that the service dept doesn’t know this.

    Doesn't matter what date they give you. I was told 2 weeks for a pair of rear shocks because mine were leaking. They changed the date of arrival 6 times. It took 3 months before they came in.

    Had mine in yesterday to have my leaky shocks replaced and also to get the welds checked and thankfully mine are fine.

    UPDATE: New ETA for shock is 10/15. This has been going on every two weeks since July. Why bother giving an ETA date when all they keep doing is changing it. Oh and my Jeep is included in the track bar recall
