It's the 12.50 inch tire plus the -12 offset which pushes the wheel outside the wheel well.

I got them from tire rack. I got them on a discount code through one of their suppliers so my price likely won't be yours. But typically if you call them and speak to a sales rep they will put together a well priced package for you including wheels, tires, sensors, mounting and balancing, Etc.
