My Jeep's carrier truck broke down. LOL LOL LOL LOL. I cant make this stuff up.

I finally saw the color in person... my dealer got a Sport S Automatic in Mojito. The color is perfect; it broke my heart. Mine has been 2 hours away for weeks while another one sits on the lot. I don't want to pay for Sport S or an automatic though.

My ORIGINAL ordered Jeep that I thought died in inspection in July just shipped today... maybe it will beat the 2nd one here. At this rate I don't care. My dealer is sick of talking to me. It's been over 4 months, I'm sick of him too.

If I ever get my Jeep I need those! I already have a stock pile of decals and stickers that have been building up since January.

I have had multiple escalated cases with Jeep customer service, and this is the 2nd Jeep (the first one died in inspection). I have been on chat with @JeepCares every 3-4 days. If the 2nd one is a lost cause I'm not reordering another 2018.

I'm the idiot in the comments joking maybe that's my Jeep. Clearly not, but I can dream!

Sooooo my Jeep has been "approved for shipping" for 3 weeks, but there was no "direct location" listed for it, so it's still sitting there. :mad: It's August 16th, I ordered April 10th. At least I have a loaner Challenger to drive so I'm not putting miles on my Plymouth, but I'm out of tears...

Not sure that would help. It's been KZ status for a while. Jeep Cares can't find it either.

My Jeep wasn't on the truck today. No one knows where it is other than it has "shipped". 4 months and counting... :crying:

So today is August 10th. I ordered my Jeep on April 10th at 12:23 ET. It's been 4 months. There is a truck delivering to my dealer today and my Jeep "might" be on it. How do they not know what's on it...? This has been an epically long journey since my JK was wrecked in January and I think I...

Mine was stuck there for 30 days before it died and I had to reorder.... I still don't have my Jeep after 4 months. Good luck.

@JeepCares I might hit 4 months between ordering and delivery. My dealer's been doing this a while and he's never seen a factory order take so long. This is going to be my last Jeep no matter how long it lasts; I'm not doing this again.

My dealer was only offering 6 months no payments... no thanks. With my luck the Jeep gets wrecked on it's way to me. Everything else has gone wrong trying to get my new Jeep.

Yup I know. i just bought a JKU from this dealer in January. That one was totaled after 4 days of ownership and I started my Mojito journey....

I went to visit the dealer last night and was told my Jeep's on the train. I think they just told me it was coming tomorrow to try to get me to sign the financing papers in July for their sales numbers :facepalm:

LOL This is my life. My Jeep is still in Toledo. :angry:

Well according to @JeepCares my Jeep is in Toledo. According to my Dealer it's arriving tomorrow! Hopefully my dealer is correct :rock: I have so many mods to catch up on!!

105 days since I ordered and at least I got a Dodge Challenger loaner as a consolation prize! :cwl: It's actually a really fun car to drive (not green with envy colored, sadly) but I'll hopefully have my JLU within a month.
