Just wait until some Rubicon and Sahara owners start modding or replacing their factory fender flares, I doubt they will be relocating those factory housings.

Ok, so just for clarification, the pictures are small on their site, this is a solid welded insert correct? If you wanted to put something in the back that is larger than the space under the lid,this would have to be completely removed again? Was hoping for something more hinged.

Congrats on your purchase. Yep, hes right about that. FCA is having a ton of shipping delays holding up a lot of people's ordered rides. Hoping they will be a little more caught up by the time mine comes off the assembly line.

It was originally ordered with black interior...decided we wanted the tan after seeing pics of the OB with tan.

I ordered on 5/19. Was told it has been D for 3 days, so that means it went from order bank to D since they placed the order around 330pm.

Michelle over at Jeep chat today told me that I now have a VIN and in D on my Reordered Sahara.....ugh the waiting sucks

Seems common trend here on the forums is anywhere form $1100-$1500 asking price for all 5 with tires.

On a side note....if anyone is looking for a moderately optioned Sahara in Ocean Blue with soft top and black interior...I know a dealership that has one on order...lol

Thanks for the share....I guess unfortunately...but also fortunately...we have resolved the issue, the dealer reordered the JL for us today with Tan interior. So While we may have to wait an extra week or so (original order was still D1), we at least will have the right interior. On a side...
