  1. Pennsylvania JL Bolt Hood Lock - Opened but never installed

I purchased this Bolt Hood Lock for my 4xe but decided not to install it since it would require cutting a section of the 4xe grille, I wasn't willing to do that in the end. The box has been opened but the product was never installed and all the parts are in the original box. $75 plus shipping...
  2. 35" Tires added/NO calibration available? True?

I just got my 22 4xe calibrated by the dealer after installing 35's - and it's correct.
  3. Juice box 32 or 40?

You probably wouldn't want to exceed 160A on the main breaker. I have a 100A sub panel to my garage but the 32 only needs a 40A breaker (over the 50A a 40 needs). In reality since the Jeep can't pull more than 32 you should just count that for now. But, I do agree that calculating your house...
  4. Juice box 32 or 40?

The Jeep can only use up to the 32 but will be able to use the 40. I went with the 32 to save a few bucks and I felt like the future may bring the need for something very different. Also, I have a VW ID.4 that is full electric, it still charges the VW in a nice amount of time with the 32. So the...

  6. Sold: Barely Used Rough Country 2.5" Spacer Lift

A complete Rough Country 2.5" spacer lift for the JL. This is a great starter lift for a JL that will allow 37" tires on a Rubicon and 35" tires on Sport/Sahara models. This kit was on my JL for a short time until it was upgraded to a full suspension lift. This kit sells for $175 new. $115 plus...
  7. FIRECRACKER RED Wrangler JL Club

Finally got my Firecracker JL out on the trail at Rausch Creek. Started the day with about 3 hours of a downpour. Made for some fun trail running. Took both the JL and TJ. The JL was flawless.
  8. Rough country 2.5 lift pics / reviews

I don’t think a new stabilizer is needed. I’m running 37’s with the stock one and it’s all good. I usually only replace them when they are worn out.
  9. Rough country 2.5 lift pics / reviews

There is a bit of offset but I didn’t think you really ~need~ to adjust it. I’ll probably put ones on in the future to get it perfect.
  10. Rough Country 2.5in Spacer lift

I did mine alone. Took about 5 hours at a relaxed pace.
  11. Excessive bowing issue with Mopar lift kit springs for JL

I installed the Mopar lift today on my JL. i extra carefully followed the directions and in general I'm happy with the result. Stance is great as well as the ride. It was a mixed emotion decision to go with this kit but I went for it with the feeling that if it's really a big problem Jeep will...
  12. Need help! Dealership doesn't know how to change tire size

Did you see this thread? I just had my Jeep recalibrated today. https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/posts/167558/
  13. Dealership can now reprogram / calibrate speedometer and odometer for bigger tires

I had the Jeep in to the dealer today and it took them about an hour. There was the paperwork stuff that was mentioned earlier. They did charge me the $55 plus the $125. I didn't argue it, this is the 4th Jeep I've bought from this dealer and they have been very good to me. I compared the...
  14. SOLD Set of 5 Rubicon Tires 600 Miles (Allentown PA)

These are still available and taking up too much space. Make an offer.
  15. Dealership can now reprogram / calibrate speedometer and odometer for bigger tires

I’m taking my JL in tomorrow to get recalibrated for the 37’s. I sent them the doc from this thread and they researched it since it’s the first JL they are doing. They had me measure my tire actual size. The Cooper STT measures all but exactly 36”. They did indicate the $125 license and $55...
  16. 35" and 37" JL pics with lift kit

The Mopar wheels are 5.25". 1" less than the stock 17x17.5 wheels. Tires only stick out about .5".
  17. start-stop vs radio

LOL. I do enjoy the "Mike" memes in the Humor Waiting Room thread.
  18. start-stop vs radio

I constantly turn the fan control when trying to raise/lower the radio volume (you would think I'd use the volume control on the steering wheel). I also hit the headlight switch when getting in. I've had the JL for a month now, drive it near every day and still look for a key to remove.
