  1. Excessive bowing issue with Mopar lift kit springs for JL

Has anyone requested that MOPAR replace the front springs when they install the new isolators? I have serious concern reguarding integrity and longevity of the severely bent springs.
  2. 35" and 37" JL pics with lift kit

It’s listed on the AEV site. However buyer be warned, the mugs in the JL are bigger than on the JK. SO you must use a thin-walled socket or you will mar your wheels.
  3. Rubicon Suspinsion-$300

Yes it is. Not sure what “t/o” is, but it will give 1.5-2” over your stick setup.

  5. Excessive bowing issue with Mopar lift kit springs for JL

The lift is legit...it rides great with great dampening. Does it have a huge amount of flex...no. However for the majority of us that do moderate wheeling; it’s a great choice.
  6. Excessive bowing issue with Mopar lift kit springs for JL

Mine is at the dealer. I did get a FCA case # before I dropped it off. Mine is the first they have had at the shop, but the service manager did say he say an email on the MOPAR lift issue come across yesterday from FCA, but he had not read it. The BOW increased after wheeling one day.

So I found out what the issue is, when you plug up your phone to the USB ports and launch Waze it picks up the GPS signal from your car and not from the phone. So yes need to have your speedometer reprogrammed
  9. Rubicon Suspinsion-$300

I have all components that came off (including lower control arms); inside a MOPAR lift crate. First $300 gets its...buyer pays shipping or local pickup in GA
  10. Removed Stock Muffler

Ive seen that video...good stuff! I did not have a front bumper on, it was just a steel frame... that could have caused extra wind resistance. However, the removal did affect the exhaust velocity and power was down. Before exhaust removal I could be in 6th going 70 mph; w/o I had to be in 5th.
  11. Removed Stock Muffler

So I went on a 250 mile trip yesterday and their was little torque above 65 mph. I averaged 12.9 mpg on the highway. Removing the muffler zapped my highway mpg’s. Around town i avg. 14 mpg which is expected w/4.10 gears and 37’s. I need to add some backpressue; thinking about adding simple...

Exactly. The JL sounds like the JK w/ magnaflow rock crawler exhaust.
  16. Removed Stock Muffler

So I removed my stock muffler on my JK and it had a very high pitched “ricer” sound (know that’s not P.C., but whatever). Ended up putting on a Gibson muffler...fast forward to my JL. JL w/ the muffler removed sounds way different...way better than the JK. I’m not sure if it’s the compression...
  17. Coil Spring issues with Mopar 2" lift - How many?

My speedometer auto calibrated on Rubicon when I put on 37’s. I used waze to verify the speed...within 1mph
  18. 35" and 37" JL pics with lift kit

It’s strange. When I first out the 37’s on it was accurate up to 60; then off by 10 anything over 60. But this whole week it is within 1 MPH. Using Waze as the gps MPH guide.
  19. 35" and 37" JL pics with lift kit

I also noticed that the speedometer auto corrected for the 37’s
