  1. MOAB Edition JL Club Thread

I've had my 2018 Moab for 2 1/2 years now. My order was the first one that my dealer got in. Just traded out the KM2 Mud Terrains for Goodyear Duratracs. Only had them for a week, but I'm very impressed with the grip in the snow and how much quieter they are. I didn't mind the noise before...
  2. MOAB Edition JL Club Thread

The buttons look great. I'm interested to hear how it all turns out. I've been wanting to do this for awhile.
  3. XM/Sirrius Radio Keep or not to keep

Agree - keep it, but don't pay full price. Their best deals vary. I've gotten as low as $24 for 6 months, but currently got $60 for a year. That was the best I could do, but comes out to $5/mo. It's worth it for the amount of time I use it, and we listen at home now, as it includes online...
  4. Jeep Introduces New 6.4-liter V-8 Wrangler Rubicon 392 Concept

"Selec-Track full-time two-speed transfer case"? Did they misspell "Track" or is it a different transfer case? Also noticed that they removed the rear window, not mentioned in the Release, but I wonder if they will eventually make that something that can be done easily on power top models...
  5. Bolt-on steps to Rubicon rock rail?

Has anyone tried the M.O.R.E. Step with the Mopar Performance rock rails?
  6. MOAB Edition JL Club Thread

For those looking to air down, I’m still running stock KM2’s. They did ok for me in the winter. I recommend airing down to 34-35. It did not affect my fuel economy to any noticeable degree. It’s a big difference on the highway in terms of straight line tracking and avoiding wind-induced...
  7. Bikini is on the JL builder!

Love it. Can’t go wrong either way, but for me, I think I would do black top, tan interior... but something about the tan top just seems to be right if you’re going to be wheeling it on Oahu.
  8. Are KM2's Really That Bad?

I have been looking for a reason to swap them out (based on the reviews here), but they’ve been fine on wet roads and in snow so far. I agree on airing them down a bit. Ever since I dropped down to 34 psi, they’ve been great. No complaints off road so far, either.
  9. MOAB Edition JL Club Thread

Congrats! Enjoy the Jeep. It looks awesome!
  10. MOAB...I just don't understand

Only took 25 pages, but I finally learned something on this thread. Very cool mod.:like:
  11. Backup Lights

I used a steel cable that I had laying around. It did get hung up somewhere near the rear axle. I had to work it a bit to get it past that weld or whatever it was hitting.
  12. JL Trektop

This looks intriguing. Does the top retract completely? Or does it just fold back into the sunrider position?
  13. 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL Moab Edition - Official Specs and Pricing!

Wow. Looks awesome! What doors are those?
  14. MOAB Edition JL Club Thread

I know I'm biased since I own one, but these are all amazing looking rigs. The MOAB just pops in every color I've seen so far. I hope everyone is enjoying theirs as much as I am with mine!
  15. Biggest adjustment when going to a Wrangler?

I also came over from a full-size pickup. The biggest adjustment for me is the size - I still find myself passing parking spots that my pickup never could fit into, but which the Jeep makes just fine. The Jeep feels like a sports car to me next to the pickup - tighter steering and suspension...
  16. MOAB Edition JL Club Thread

Yes, 4 auto will be a little worse on gas, a little slower, and put a little more wear and tear on the drivetrain.
