Did you try to order 2019 or 2020? I don't know when 2020 orders start, but could be you just can't get a Mojito 2019 anymore. We won't really know it is dead until you can't order a 2020.

No rattling. Read the adjustment instructions again, watch the video on how to adjust and try adjusting the latching mechanism again. Something is wrong if it rattles.

Try letting a little air out of the tires. Mine seemed to wander and find every groove in the road. Mine were at 40 lbs and I aired them down to 35. Much better. Depending on the tire brand you might have to adjust that some to get the best handling and wear.
