I was looking at camping, places in Colorado and other Western USA states, I have a problem though. I'm pretty disgusted by rodents. I have heard they are inevitable. Is that true? I could care less about bears, other than the fact that they will always come after your stuff (is that regular too?)
Not a fair comparison, but I know the old EVOs and STIs would gain ridiculous power (~50/50) with nothing but a flash and get better MPG due to factory cars running rich.
I agree even the basic tune will require 91+.
I'm not looking for anything crazy, just want a tune, everything else stock...
Won't a flash give this another 40-50 hp/tq AND improve the curve? For a small, invisible upgrade this would make the hurricane the superior Wrangler engine. And even better mileage!
A stand-alone ECU flash should give this puppy something like 315hp/330tq. And better mileage. Why aren't people more excited about this engine? A simple mod will make it more powerful than the other engines Jeep offers.
That's too bad. I'm guessing the top is removed in all these pics. I also guess they haven't shown one 2dr with the top lowered either?
With the top lowered, do the windows fit in the back? Is there no room for passengers?
Does the red Rubicon in the production photos in Colorado have the top "down" or "off"? Is it fully removed or just not visible? If it is fully removed, does it safely fit in the trunk?
Hi all, first post.
Thank you Jay (?) and all others contributing to the news. A few Qs regarding JL Rubicon:
1. When the soft top is off, does it push down into the back of the JL and remain hidden? Or does the entire thing actually come off? I'm assuming the rear windows/windshield remove...
