I just received a call from the Jeep dealership where they are saying I need to replace my 35" KO2's at 11k miles on my '22 JLURD. They are saying they are worn at an angle and they have seen a few of them with that "production date" that need this. They are saying it is a problem with these...
On my â22 JLURD I was on a road trip when I got a check engine light. As it was evening in the middle of nowhere, I had it checked with a code reader at a auto parts store in a small town to make sure it was not bad to keep driving. Code P0403. We looked it up online and decided it was ok to...
I love my JL. I really do, but the thing that just escapes me is why I can get ventilated seats on my (adequate) Cherokee (not even Grand - just adequate). But they just don't want to give me ventilated seats on the JL. I just don't get what is going on with that decision. Roof and doors off...
just read this, great write up on what it took to get the JT towing capacity up to 7,650. Kinda bummed on the comments on the diesel capacity at the end of the article!

After seeing a few posts here with similar ideas, i decided to take the plunge and build a complete tire inflator / deflator system for my Jeep. Yes, I know could have bought a pre-built one for a lower price, but I wanted to make it break into 2 sections.
Turns out this is also awesome to...
Looking to learn where you mounted it as the space behind the mirror is gone with ACC.
(Note: hoping this forum does not become a rant about ACC - please use the other forums that already exist about that for rants).
I have had my JLUR for a little over 12 months and 14.5k miles. Took my daughters (handed down) 09 JKUR for a couple hundred mile trip today and it was an interesting comparison. While I loved my JK, the JL is just a tremendous improvement of a vehicle.
- I have had it to Moab 4x and each time...
I have not seen something like this anywhere on here (apologies if it is a duplicate).
As my dealer cannot solve (although I am waiting on a new Stabilizer - I think that is a bandaid), i have started tracking every occurance myself. If anyone else would like to - please feel free to create a...
I am installing my Tazer wiring harness for the front camera, but either the documentation I have is wrong or I am confused (probable).
Picture of instructions say to go to pin 24 & 25
Picture of my harness. There is already a wire in 24. What am I missing??
This part just came in a box from Jeep. No idea what it is. Didnât order it.
Some type of handle?
Window tie down?? (I donât think it is that as it is metal)
I donât think it is the soft top bag
Howdy! Iâd like to try and âre-spawnâ what we know is coming in the 2019 JL. @JAY tried to do this, but the original discussion destroyed with pages of ESS rants. (Do not post what you are guessing or what you want, just what you know is confirmed)
What do we KNOW is new for 2019?
- Advanced...
Now with the doors off and he top down, the middle seat belt in the back flaps annoyingly loud
Anyone else seeing this?
Anyone have a solution for it??
I have just 4,000 miles on my JLUR and about 2k with the premium soft top down while i am on the freeway.
I noticed tonight there is already some wear on the top from abrasion while it is down. If it is this way with that few miles on it - What will it be at 80k miles?
Anyone else seeing...
So I tore this dust cover off the drive shaft on a trail. The dealer does not show it as a part, aside from the entire driveline.
I know it cannot be cosmetic, what am I risking not replacing my rear driveline to put this boot back on (or other repair suggestions).
1 Torn off piece in my...
After a couple of months, finally made it down to Moab and ran Hellâs Revengr and Fins âN Things. I have a JLUR with 35â KO2 & Mopar 2â lift (that are âbowing too muchâ according to dealer - patiently waiting)
+ As trail capable as ever. Felt like driving a luxury vehicle over the obstacles...
I found this rolling around in my soft top box when I finally decided to dismantle that behemoth of a box (almost considered putting wheels on it as a trailer...)
I have looked everywhere on my soft top and I donât see a spot it would go or a parallel one to it on the other side.
$10 through...
when I lower my soft top (premium) i have to open the tailgate slightly as it doesnât clear the brake light. Also, after driving for a bit, the âheader barâ (part that attaches to windshield) gets stuck.
I actually broke the clamp that holds in the hard top wiring harness pulling the header...
