Loved my JK Wilys! If a JL Wilys 4 door were offered, I'd probably pony up.

I'm wondering about people on the fence about a Jeep purchase in Canada. Is the current political environment part of your thought process?

With a US-Canada trade war ramping up, I'm just curious if some Canadians may be having second thoughts about buying a US built and iconic vehicle? Of course, all vehicles are to a large degree, multinational in terms of part sourcing, etc.

Had a 2016 JK Wilys manual with less than 8K miles. It was towed away on a flatbed when the shifter disengaged from the rest of the drivetrain. The shifter had been a recalled part that did in fact fail spectacularly. I had gone to the dealership to have it fixed when I first received the recall...

Why not? I live out west where the interstates move at 80. My JK does okay at that speed. What is the JL like at 80?

Is the driver's seat and driving position improved over the JK? Is there more room for the driver's knee relative to the dash?

I'd like to know about driver's seat comfort and driving position. The JK has some room for improvement in those areas. Also, is there more room for the driver's right knee (on left-drive versions)?
