Find a new paint shop.
Any paint shop worth their salt wil either have a sandblaster or chemical strippers that will remove the powder coating or, worst case, send it out for removal prior to being painted.
You will only be getting a hardtop.
And if you can't get a clear answer to this basic question from your salesman/dealership, you need to find a new dealership because they have no idea what they are doing!
We went through all the metallic blue paint samples that they had and compared them to the Jeep...it's not an exact match but pretty darn close. Only if you were to hold them up to the side of the Jeep could you tell that they are not an exact exact match.

Should be 5-10 miles MAX when you pick it up.
The Wrangler PDI calls for it to be driven 5 miles before delivery to the customer.
My last two Jeeps had 6 and 7 miles respectively...

They are lying to you.
That's just a standard lease term now.
They advertise 36 or 39 month leases.
Nothing to do with "winter returns".
Tell them you want a 36 month lease or you'll go to another dealer and I bet they'll offer you a 36 month lease.
