  3. Stupid things service departments say.....

Don't use them for service if you have another option.
  4. Donut half doors cancelled. Replaced with classic halfsies.

I'm confused by your post. Are you saying that there are uppers available with sliding glass for the JK?
  5. Donut half doors cancelled. Replaced with classic halfsies.

On my TJ I had Bestop door uppers that had sliding glass windows. I've not seen any available for the JK, so I doubt there will be any for the JL. I hated the plastic zippered windows.
  6. Warn Elite JL Full Width Front Bumper!

Sigh, Nobody makes bumpers that can fit the Warn PowerPlant winch for the JL :(
  7. Driver seat on JLUR

Just put a lift on the front suspension, then all seat bottoms lean back more. ;)
  8. There is no way to have LSD on a Rubi?

Auburn ECTED is the only one I'm aware of - It does not look like they have one for the new Dana 44 that is in the JL Rubicon however.
  9. Any chance of a rear cubby expansion like you did for the JK?

Any chance of a rear cubby expansion like you did for the JK? That worked out well for me. :)
  10. Rear headrest removal

On my 2011 JKU I was able to disconnect the return spring through the slot. The headrests still lock upright if you push them up after laying the seat forward to unlatch the headrest. I have no idea if the JLU is the same setup.
  11. "Fish People" mad at Jeep?!

Look up the history behind the Tellico Trails being closed. That was pushed hard by Trout Unlimited, which is run by lawyers. The offroad trails, some of the most popular in the US, were closed to OHV because of run-off sediment getting into the Tellico river. Then the rights to cut timber were...
  12. JLU and JL Interactive Pricing Worksheets Updated for 2019! 1-8% below invoice pricing added.

Can you post an unProtected sheet please for the Rubicon. Thanks
  13. Is it OK to put 35s on stock Rubicon wheels?

You would create more more tire sidewall bulge, so it will affect tire wear, riding mostly on the center crown of the tire. There is also a high probability that the front tires will rub at full turn.
  14. Gas milage and drivability of 4.10 Rubicon gearing vs 3.45 Sport gearing

The Rubicon comes with taller, wider, and heavier tires. The higher mounted front fenders and slight extra body height also are not as aerodynamic. It needs the couple hundred higher RPM engine speed to put it in it's highway 'sweet spot' instead of feeling sluggish and constantly shifting the...
  15. Confusion with the seat configurations

Your photos 1 and 5 are two door JL, thus a seat with less width than the four door rear seat.
  16. JL Package Protected for 35s

The problem with build-in vehicle GPS is that they use the MPH setting from the tire size setting in the vehicle computer, not the satellite GPS. So if you have larger tires without having the tire size changed it can be way off on the GPS. This is why I used an aftermarket device to change my...
  17. Who here is upset that Heritage interior is not being offered?

I have saddle brown in my JK. I was hoping it would be available in the JL. So I'll look at Katskin covers now.
