    It seems to have a nozzle just left of the right hand hinge of the window. If that is the case, then it looks like water will spray out in a fan direction a second or so before the wiper begins. As this seems to be a very similar setup to my Macan.

    Not necessarily, if this is in fact an LED, which it most likely will be, due to the camera's shutter flickering at a different frequency than that light at that specific time. Always happens looking at LED on TV.
