I just measured my 22' 392 (non-XR), which has 35x12.5 KO2, which is truly a 34.5". The stock tire diameter is 32.7" (285/70R17 KO2). This places the difference at 1.8", or ~ 1" of lift. It wasn't a perfect measurement, but I saw 75.5", which is in line with the measurement you found of 74.5"...
