I think I would need to drive a pre-recall and post-recall Jeep back to back to feel a difference. Last time I drove a pre-recall JL was in January - almost 6 months. That’s too long to notice a minor difference. And my wife is always telling me that I am insensitive anyway.

Ordered my Willys 2 door manual on 2/6. Arrived at dealer on 6/24. The delivery window was 6/17 to 7/1 in Houston, so made it right in the middle of the window. First mod will be a US flag for July Fourth.

Wait. Unless you find something really close to what you ordered, you will always regret not getting what you wanted. Get off the forum for a while and find something else to distract you for the next two weeks. Then check status again.

My manual Willys 2 door soft top is complete, inspected, and left the factory for shipping. Order date 2/6. Dealer ETA 6/17 to 7/1.

During manufacturing, when does the build sheet become available?

Jeep called you? Do you mean your dealer or someone from the manufacturer? Did they give a reason why production of manuals is delayed?

Thanks. If I heat up the bolts with a propane torch will that soften the loc-tite?

I like this idea but didn’t see any steps on the ace engineering website that bolted on to the existing rails. Has anyone seen these steps from another manufacture?
