Hi all, I recently had an 'event' happen at my local Jeep dealership. I had brought my 2019 JL Sport S 2 Door in to have the rear seat latching mechanism repaired. It became stuck and jammed in the down position. I could fold the seat down but not rotate it up and forward for possible removal...
