Trying to remember on my 2019 Rubi that the 3 bolts were tricky to remove when taking off the standard rock rails....I thought that once you get them loose and unbolt them that one or two "stuck" and wouldn't come all the way out.......thoughts?

So I have a Rubicon Recon that came with the heavy duty Mopar Tire carrier, I want to switch that carrier to my upcoming Willys and put the base tire carrier from Willys on the Recon....question...how hard is it to take it off Recon, and second question, what's underneath that heavy duty...
