    When its colder out the tabs are a bit on the tight side to remove, due to the material contracting a little. When its warm out they are definitely easier to open is what i have noticed with mine.

    when rehooking up the battery cables on the small battery triple check to make sure your hooking the damn thing up right.

    if you take both batteries, and the fuse box out, you can cut the nipple, and feed the wire from outside to inside, thats what i did, rather then trying to feel it thru from the inside, which as you said was a pain.

    this thread is funny.... as i feel the same way whenever i have to take my jeep in as its a stick. but even more so when i have to have my cobalt inspected, its a stick with 258k on the original clutch. i doubt i will see that many on my jeep clutch though. Honestly i cant wait to replace it...

    ive got almost 40k on mine. rotate them at 6k miles when i do the oil. i do need to have them balanced again though. i get some vibration around 70 on the freeway. I do some light off roading no rock climbing as i am in virginia.
