Running into this same issue with my Gladiator. Flaschal as well. Will reset the ABS module and see what happens.

Seems to be the standard fix. They swap the axle as apparently its more work to change out the locker actuator than it is to just swap the entire axle.

It sold. I doubt it'd work with the recline kit. It sits right up against the seats. Very minimal clearance.

Wheel speed sensors are on each wheel hub. You can inspect to see if there is any damage to the wire. But they do just stop working from time to time

Another update for those who are interested. 7/3/2019 - Dealer called and said the problem was fixed. Apparently it was a bad ground somewhere. Will ask details when I pick up the Jeep on specifically what ground and where it was located.

Update on my end for today 7/1/2019. The dealer replaced the entire rear axle, and the transfer case module. And the Jeep still won't lock the axles. They said they are contacting the FCA "engineering team" to further diagnose the problem. My Jeep has been in the shop for a total of 12 days...

Any update on your JL? Mine should be completed today, hopefully. Rear axle replacement and the transfer case module replacement.

Those were 35" KO2's. I ended up selling them and getting 37" Cooper S/T Maxx's. Then sold those and got 38" Patagonias. I have a problem. lol

Call and ask your dealer what "module" it is that they are replacing. Mine is specifically the transfer case module. Curious if they are swapping out the same thing as mine.

And boohoo. The transfer case module they have ordered is on national backorder. They did get my new rear axle in though. So I have to wait for the module to show up, whenever that might be. Going to grab the Jeep back and drive it in the meantime.

Update. Dealership is replacing the transfer case computer and the rear axle. Shall see if this fixes the issue. Both are covered under my power train warranty.

Today marks day 3 in the shop, and no update beside the code they pulled. $600 in diagnostic fees if for some reason the issue isn't covered under my powertrain warranty. As my bumper-to-bumper is expired based on my vehicle mileage. Sent my info over to JeepCares to see if they can assist...

Mine went into the shop today. They say they found the code "C1451-15" in the system. And it will require more diagnostic to figure out what caused it. Trying to google the code and can't seem to find anything about it online.

Any updates from you guys who have taken yours in to the dealer? Any got it resolved? Mine stopped for a while and now the service axle locker light it firing again and the lockers won't engage. Officially taking mine in this coming monday.

Mine magically fixed itself over time. Never happens anymore. Don't know why.
