Mine gets resolved when I release the hatch quickly, but its only on one side. so if the other side is held tight it gets released faster. Try holding the top down with once hand and release the hatch fast hope that helps.

I got back my ORP without any OTA update. They just appeared on my screen. They have been there for few days. I hope they stay permananaty this time. Seems like the issue has been resolved from Sirius side since I never received an OTA request, Or it was updated without OTA somehow. Gus

100% I had the same issue, Jeep Canada have not idea about what's going on, I Filed a ticket few weeks ago. They cannot help as they dont have access to UConnect Support in Canada , and Jeep US have no access to Canadian Vehicles, so we are stuck in between waiting for something to happened...

Thanks for your feedback. some people lost the ORP again after the update, and there is a thread on the forum about it, unfortunately they are unable to resolve it by pushing it manually to my vehicle for the reasons mentioned previously :(
