Here is something I did for my Jeep. I didn't want my hardtop just hanging from the ceiling so I installed rails for the hoist system and built a shelf for the top to set on. The shelf also made a great place to hang the doors and park the mower and other necessities.

I have 35s. They aren't silent but minimal noise for a mud terrain. Quieter than most I'd say. Another plus is the price. You'll pay a lot more for the tires you mentioned. Here's the lite bright review:
Agreed. So far they are awesome. Very quiet (for a MT) and the ride is about the same as the stock BFGs. I gave them a try based on the exploits of Lite Bright. I highly recommend them.
315/12.5 17R Milestar Patagonia tires on Quadratec 1941 Gunmetal Gray wheels. I used a Teraflex 1.5 spacer lift to increase the clearance for the tires. I absolutely love this setup.
