Hi Everybody- seeing how popular the vent decals are, I wanted to share a video I made for installation. It should be the same process for basically any brand of decal. Be nice- this is my first filming and editing attempt... Please let me know if you have any questions!

Fair enough... I also have a couple amps I was given as well, but was hoping (for space sake) not to have to install! Oh well... car audio upgrades are a slippery slope!

Applied a new decal to my passenger side- working on an install video for all those vent decals out there!

Has anyone installed these with 6.5s without an amp? Not sure if it's worth the trouble, but I have some speakers I got for free, so figured it couldn't hurt!

Yeah that's pretty harsh stuff. Figured the aluminum hood would make it less likely, but corrosion is tenacious!

I just started researching into this as mine is doing the same thing. Opposite side and a little smaller, but Jeep is going to fix it under warranty thankfully! Hopefully you got yours resolved as well

No LSD actually- just the standard one actually. Probably the same issue I'd imagine. Any Cause for concern after the repair?

So I took my Jeep into the shop for a number for little things before warranty expired- I had a little chirp in the suspension that I asked to get looked at, well somehow they heard a noise in the rear end and evidently it was the differential bearings(?). They said there were metal shavings all...

That's the Thule Spare Me rack. I did a pretty good write up for the modification process. It doesn't work off without modification unfortunately.

Ah, makes sense. I'll see if I can talk them into swapping into a new unit!

Interesting... I tried resetting all my fuses as well for a different issue (Service Staility control warning- turns out it was going off because of a vacuum leak in the brake system I believe). Trying to get the dealer to acknowledge the issue before warranty goes up!

Just curious if anyone has done anything interesting with lights or light bars. I'm thinking up a few new places to mount lights and curious what everyone else has come up with!

Thanks! I just thought it was so cool that the designers spaced and sized the air vents proportionately to the actual JL grille... That or it was a lucky coincidence!
